Teaching Assistant - SEMH & Challenging Behaviour
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who is confident supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH and additional needs ? We are currently recruiting experienced TAs for a number of specialist schools and alternative provisions across North Liverpool , with both short- and long-term opportunities available. We're particularly interested in hearing from people who have experience supporting pupils with: SEMH and behavioural needs Challenging or dysregulated behaviour Autism and ADHD Emotional and social difficulties De-escalation and behaviour management 1:1 and small-group support Working within specialist or alternative provision settings You don't necessarily need a formal qualification - relevant hands-on experience is what matters . If you're calm, resilient, consistent and genuinely enjoy helping young people who can sometimes find school difficult, we'd love to hear from you.
