PE Coach - Secondary School Location: Newham, East London Start Date: After October Half Term Contract: Long-term position We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic PE Coach to join a secondary school in Newham, East London, on a long-term basis, starting after the October half-term. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sport, physical education and supporting young people to develop their skills, confidence and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of PE lessons and sporting activities across the secondary age range.

Lead and supervise practical sports sessions, encouraging participation and engagement.

Support teachers in maintaining positive behaviour and discipline during lessons.

Promote teamwork, sportsmanship and healthy lifestyles among students.

Assist with organising extracurricular sports activities and school fixtures.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students during all sporting activities.

The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working as a PE Coach, Sports Coach or in a similar role.

Confident working with secondary school-aged students.

Strong communication, organisation and behaviour management skills.

Passionate about sport and encouraging young people to participate in physical activity.

Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a school team.
