Sales & Site Survey Officer

1. Provide advice and present products to customers who contact or visit the showroom to build understanding and close sales.
2. Contact and coordinate with customers, including following up on customer needs from the initial sales proposal until the sale is closed.
3. Conduct on-site surveys at customer locations when necessary to collect data and details for quotations and operations.
4. Prepare and present quotations, including coordinating various details related to the sale.
5. Follow up and coordinate your own projects/sales from the start of receiving the job until completion.
6. Coordinate with relevant departments such as the Technical Department, Production Department, Purchasing Department, and Accounting Department to ensure customer work proceeds correctly and on schedule.
7. Monitor progress and resolve problems that arise during operations, while reporting to supervisors.
8. Maintain and manage customer relationships, including following up on after-sales service.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Male / Female, aged 25–40 years old. Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing will be specially considered. Basic knowledge of Aluminium, uPVC, or Glass (if any). Education: High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in any field. Possess good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to use basic computer programs such as Word, Excel, Line OA, Facebook Page. Able to communicate in English at a good level (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing). Responsible, punctual, and ready to learn. New graduates are welcome if they have a good attitude and are hardworking. Ready to learn new things and continuously develop oneself. Able to work well under pressure.
