WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Support on administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, certificate issuance, data maintenance and managing corporate benefits

Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by managing, maintaining, and verifying records in our HRIS

Support employee relocation processes, including visa applications and work authorization management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are available for at least 6 months, currently enrolled as a student at a university

Strong interest for People Operations topics, initial experience is a plus

You combine a highly empathetic personality and a strong service mentality

Fluent communication in both German and English

Based in Berlin, available 20 hours per week, with at least one semester remaining in your studies.
