About TradeAviator:

TradeAviator is a fast-growing fintech platform that allows users to buy and sell crypto, convert gift cards to Naira, pay bills, and enjoy seamless digital transactions. We are expanding our user base and looking for a skilled Digital Marketer who can deliver consistent results.

Role Overview:

We need a performance-driven Digital Marketer who can attract new users daily and convert them into active traders on the TradeAviator App. This role is highly target-based and best suited for someone who understands digital marketing, user acquisition, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate 20–30 new potential users daily to download and register on the TradeAviator App

• Ensure that at least 30% of registered users complete a trade before the end of each month

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, and other platforms

• Create engaging content, ads, and promotional materials to attract target users

• Engage potential users through DMs, comments, groups, and online communities

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly user acquisition and conversion metrics

• Provide regular performance reports to the management team

• Promote TradeAviator’s core services: Crypto trading, Gift card conversion, Bill payments, and more

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Minimum of 20–30 new user registrations daily

• At least 30% of registered users must complete a transaction within the same month

• Consistent growth in active users and engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or mobile app growth

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation

• Ability to run both organic and paid campaigns

• Excellent communication, copywriting, and persuasion skills

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve performance

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently

• Previous experience meeting user acquisition targets is a strong advantage
