Sales Support Engineer

Responsibilities and Scope:

• Processing sales contracts, registration, monitoring expiry and generate reports.

(CVA, EPP and ESC)

• Liaise with the departments’ managers / service team / sales personal.
• Generating proposals service quotation and job summary.
• To perform machine CTS inspection on site /workshop if require.
• Managing service sales tracking lead time and coordinating with service team to ensure timely delivery / completion.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintaining accurate customer data in CRM tools or population updating.
• Providing product information: sales support specialist provides product information, explaining features, Parts information and benefits.
• To perform machine / engine build up configuration option listing quote.  (Cat Service Option Collaborator) SOC.
• Product specialist to be train.
• Arrange for the opening of work order to execute jobs request if requires.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns specialists also coordinate marketing campaigns with the marketing team, ensuring that sales efforts align with marketing goals.
