Industrial Management Controller (M/F)

Based in Les Olmes (69), TRA-C industrie is a fast-growing company, specializing in metalworking and recognized for its engineering expertise and integrated production capabilities. Thanks to its continuous investments in R&D, the company is now a European leader in friction stir welding (FSW) and supports major players in Defense, Transport, Energy, and Research.

As part of its development, TRA-C industrie is recruiting an experienced Industrial Management Controller for a permanent position (CDI) for a rapid start.

Job Description Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, you will participate in steering the industrial and financial performance of the company.

Your main missions:

Follow and analyze industrial costs and margins; Develop and monitor performance indicators; Ensure control of stocks and investments; Participate in monthly closings, budgets, forecasts, and reporting; Perform financial and operational analyses; Contribute to the continuous improvement of management processes and tools; Work in connection with the Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Accounting teams

Profile sought With higher education in Finance, Management Control, or Accounting (Bac+4/5), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial management control. (excluding work-study programs)

You have perfect mastery of Excel!!

Knowledge of Sage 1000 is a plus. Operational English is required.
