We are looking for a BI Analyst Pleno to support our teams in building indicators and dashboards that assist in decision-making and track the results of projects developed for our clients.

Responsibilities and assignments

Main responsibilities

• Develop SQL queries for data extraction, processing, and consolidation;
• Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI with a focus on usability, visual organization, and user experience;
• Develop measures and indicators using DAX;
• Model databases to optimize analysis and report performance;
• Automate data update processes whenever possible;
• Work together with business areas to understand needs and transform data into relevant information;
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the information presented;
• Identify improvement opportunities in the processes of data collection, processing, and visualization.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements

• Degree in Analysis and Systems Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience with SQL (SQL Server);
• Solid experience with Power BI;
• Mastery of DAX for creating measures and indicators;
• Knowledge of data modeling;
• Analytical capacity to interpret data and transform it into business insights;
• Good communication and ease of working in a team;
• Organization and ability to manage priorities.

It will be a differentiator

• Knowledge of Python for automation and data processing;
• Experience with MySQL;
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and media platforms (Google Ads and Meta Ads);
• Knowledge of Power BI Embedded;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services;
• Notions of statistics applied to data analysis.
