Senior RAS Consultant - Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo

Responsibilities and assignments Manage operational risks and develop risk matrices; Perform internal controls, including identification, assessment, and testing; Conduct internal audit of processes; Map processes, describe activities, and design flows according to the BPMN methodology; Use process mapping tools such as Visio and Bizage; Apply best practices of Compliance and Governance; Know Project Planning and Management methodologies; Develop Dashboards and control reports with indicators; Know market standards such as COSO, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 31000; Know LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados); Have experience in SOX projects, performing internal control tests; Receive demands, organize, and plan activities related to interviews and meetings regarding processes, internal controls, and Compliance routines; Organize the schedule of appointments, prepare progress and status reports, as well as document meeting minutes and conclusive reports.

Requirements and qualifications Completed higher education in Administration, Análise de Sistemas, Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Economia, Engenharias, or related areas; Post-graduation in Auditoria, Compliance, Gestão de Projetos, Gestão de Riscos, or MBA Executivo is desirable; Advanced English; Mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Knowledge in Power BI and data analysis is desirable; Skills in communication, executive writing, and time management.
