Your challenges and contributions include:Coordinate, define, and execute the legal strategy to support the Company's objectives through innovative legal solutions.Identify, point out, and mitigate risks identified in the Company's operation in relation to the areas under your charge.Defend the Company's interests against requirements from individuals, Public Entities, Judicial bodies, and Control Authorities.Ensure compliance with the Company's Compliance policiesRequirements and qualificationsRequirements and qualificationsEducation: Professional in Law, with a postgraduate degree in commercial or corporate law.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
