Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Where we need your support You will work in a dedicated team closely with the field sales force, production planning, and purchasing. In doing so, you will independently manage a fixed customer base and ensure that orders are processed reliably and smoothly.

Your main tasks are:

• Independent processing of quotations and customer orders
• Support and consultation of our customers throughout the entire order processing cycle
• Coordination of delivery dates and ensuring timely delivery as well as invoicing of orders
• Support of the field sales force with tasks such as calculations and sales controlling
• Organization, moderation, and documentation of customer and project meetings

What distinguishes you

• Completed commercial training as an Industriekaufmann, Bürokaufmann, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in inside sales, order processing, or a comparable function is desirable
• Confident handling of ERP systems (preferably SAP) as well as MS-Office
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Interest in technical products and the willingness to familiarize yourself with technical contexts
• Strong customer and service orientation, a confident appearance, and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working, as well as enjoyment of working in a team
