Senior Tax Specialist

1. Prepare and review the company's various tax filings and transactions, such as Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and other related taxes, to ensure accuracy and compliance with the law.
2. Prepare and review annual and half-year Corporate Income Tax calculations, along with analyzing related tax impacts.
3. Verify and follow up on receiving original tax invoices from vendors to ensure full utilization of input tax rights.
4. Verify the completeness of Withholding Tax certificates and related tax documents.
5. Responsible for ensuring the company's tax filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time, including handling tax payments and tax refunds.
6. Prepare invoices and record accounting entries for the sale of Scrap, for both BOI-privileged and non-BOI-privileged portions.
7. Prepare information and supporting documents for tax refund requests, including coordinating with relevant government agencies.
8. Prepare and submit information to request BOI privileges, including submitting data according to annual government agency requirements.
9. Coordinate with auditors, internal departments, and external agencies, as well as independently analyze and resolve related issues.
10. Provide consultation and support to the finance team regarding tax laws and technical issues.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or other related fields. At least 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with strong experience in Tax Compliance and Corporate Income Tax. Knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and accounting internal control systems. Analytical, problem-solving, and efficient multi-tasking skills. Proficiency in using Excel. Ability to communicate in English. Experience with investment privileges (BOI) and coordination with government agencies will be given special consideration.
