R&D Technician (Packaging/Material)

• Research and develop packaging
• Study market trends, conduct research, and create new packaging innovations
• Coordinate with customers and relevant departments to jointly develop and test packaging
• Design, supervise production, collect experimental data, and summarize the results of new packaging development
• Define appropriate production steps for the manufacturing processes of new products
• Provide technical data and advice to both internal and external customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Printing Technology Graduates in Packaging or those with knowledge in flexible packaging production will be specially considered 3-5 years of experience in packaging research and development Creative thinking in product development, fast learner, good interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure Able to speak, read, and write English Work Monday - Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)
