QA Engineer (Able to speak English or Chinese) Urgent

1. Define standard specifications (Spec. / Standard) for product inspection within the organization to meet customer requirements.
2. Organize training, provide guidance, and establish correct inspection methods for new products.
3. Responsible for quality assurance plans, quality system development for new products, and improvement of existing products in collaboration with all relevant departments.
4. Responsible for reporting problems or complaints from external customers by analyzing the root causes, implementing corrective actions, and preventive measures.
5. Prepare quality standard system plans to achieve objectives for developing product quality and reducing customer complaints.
6. Handle quality-related product issues detected both externally and internally by resolving problems and preventing recurrence.
7. Implement continuous improvement and development of the quality system.

1. Perform quality risk management assessments.
2. Define plans and verify Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) for quality inspectors.
3. Responsible for other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing (experience in touch/display/electronics will be specially considered). Good knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, or equivalent quality systems. Strong quality analysis and problem-solving skills (8D, 5Why, SPC, FMEA). Must be able to communicate in English (both speaking and writing); ability to communicate in Chinese will be specially considered. Proactive, responsible, and possesses good coordination skills with other departments.
