PROJECT SCHEDULER

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update project schedules in coordination with the project manager and site team.
- Prepare baseline schedules, detailed work programmes and short-term look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor actual progress against the approved schedule and highlight delays or potential risks.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain progress updates.
- Track key milestones, activity dependencies, procurement and delivery schedules.
- Analyse the impact of changes and delays on project completion.
- Support the development of recovery plans and revised work sequences.
- Prepare scheduling reports and progress updates for project meetings.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and supporting progress information.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of project planning or scheduling experience in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Familiar with critical path analysis, baseline schedules and progress tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in semiconductor facility or mechanical and piping projects is an advantage.
