Responsibilities and duties

• Support EHS (Safety, Ergonomics, and Environment) initiatives, Sustainability, Implementation of Lean Certifications, Recognition Programs, and Indicator Management.
• Work in contact with internal clients from the Logistics operational areas.
• Work on the development of a sustainable EHS culture;
• Support Lean project management and Sustainability within Logistics;
• Participate in Kaizen Events (Lean Six Sigma methodology);
• Develop tools for automation and optimization of processes;
• Develop dashboards in Power BI/similar for data visibility and decision-making support;
• Prepare executive presentations;
• Update and maintain tools and dashboards;
• Perform reporting and monitoring of monthly metrics.

Requirements and qualifications

• Higher Education in progress or completed;
• Advanced English and Spanish;
• Desirable to be studying Engineering or Administration, especially Production Eng.;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Knowledge in EHS (Safety, Ergonomics, and Environment);
• White, Yellow, or Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or knowledge in this type of methodology (Agile, Continuous Improvement);
• Advanced knowledge of Office package, Power BI (Dashboard creation), Databases; Knowledge in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.

• Candidates must reside in Sumaré, Hortolândia, Nova Odessa, and the Campinas Region.
• Hybrid Modality vacancy, Office Hours: 08h-16h45 (Monday to Friday);
