Tech Support Expert I On-site Surco I Advanced English C1 I 48 Hours

At TP Perú we are looking for talent who want to be part of our TECH SUPPORT EXPERT staff in one of our TOP offices - SITE SURCO.

Requirements:

This is what you need to be part of the TOP Team:

• An Advanced C1 English level. (An English filter will be conducted)
• Living in Lima and being able to work in Santiago de Surco.
• Being empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
• Having skills to resolve situations in the most positive way.
• Availability to complete training from 8:00AM - 6:00PM, 2 days off (4 weeks: first 2 weeks, Saturday and Sunday off | last 2 weeks, Friday and Saturday off)
• Availability to work 48 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, 2 days off. (Rest days vary according to conditions)
• Time range: 7:00AM - 8:30PM

What will you do as a support expert?

• Provide accurate, reliable, and high-quality technical support.
• You will assist users with technical inquiries.
• You will identify root causes and provide clear guidance to ensure efficient system use and problem resolution.
• You will also manage confidential information with discretion.
• You will document cases accurately and stay up to date with internal processes and technical updates to ensure consistent and effective support.
