In our team as a Bilingual Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for assisting users, providing them with the best solutions, and maintaining constant knowledge about the client's services or products.

This is what you will do:

Customer service agent for a technical support/maintenance line for devices such as printers, scanners, computers, etc.

• *Preferable: 6 Months of previous work experience in Customer Service.
• Technician or technologist in systems.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

• Is a high school graduate.
• English B2 or higher (80%)
• * Required: Basic knowledge regarding Technology Support Hardware
