Your tasks

We are Looking for Bilingual Advisors! In our team as a bilingual English customer service representative, you will be responsible for assisting users, providing them with the best solutions, and maintaining constant knowledge about the client's services or products.

This is what you will do

• You will manage and carefully respond to all incoming and outgoing customer inquiries.
• You will provide excellent service through active listening.
• You will work with confidential customer information and handle it carefully.
• You will seek to resolve situations with patience, empathy, and understanding from the first contact.
• You will maintain continuous practical knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions.
• You will accurately document and update records in the required systems.

Requirements

The TOP Team is looking for someone who

• Is a high school graduate or higher with availability to work.
• Work experience is not required.
• Advanced English Level B2
• Is a proactive, responsible, empathetic, and respectful person.
