Health Tech Specialist I On-site San Isidro I Advanced English C1 I 48 Hours - 2 days off

At TP Perú, we are looking for talent who want to be part of our TECH SUPPORT EXPERT staff in one of our TOP offices - SITE SAN ISIDRO.

Requirements:

This is what you need to be part of the TOP Team:

• An Advanced C1 English level. (English screening will be conducted)
• Live in Lima and be able to work in Santiago de Miraflores and San Isidro.
• Be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
• Have skills to resolve situations in the most positive way.
• Availability to complete training at the Miraflores site from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 7:00PM (3 weeks)
• Availability to work 48 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, 2 days off. (Days off vary according to conditions)
• Hoop 1: 8:00am - 7:00pm
• Hoop 2: 9:00am - 21:00pm
• Hoop 3: 11:00am - 23:00pm
• *4 days (10 hrs + 1 hr lunch) 1 day (8hrs + 1 hr lunch)

What will you do as a support expert?

• Provide accurate, reliable, and high-quality support.
• You will assist users with technical inquiries.
• You will identify root causes and provide clear guidance to ensure efficient system use and problem resolution.
• You will also manage confidential information with discretion.
• You will document cases accurately and stay up to date with internal processes and technical updates to ensure consistent and effective support.
