Growth Marketing Specialist II

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Two to three years of previous experience in Marketing or Communications areas as an intern or analyst.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate).
• Intermediate English level (B2).
• Availability for hybrid work at the Surco and Miraflores sites.

Functions:

• Ensure the correct implementation of branding on sites and visit spaces.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute visits from clients and prospects, ensuring an experience aligned with the company's standards.
• Develop and adapt commercial support materials (presentations, scripts, videos, tours, site storytelling).
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, site leaders, HR, IT, etc.) to guarantee the correct preparation of spaces, agendas, and the integral visit experience.
• Manage logistics associated with visits (transportation, access, hospitality, tours, rooms, etc.) in coordination with key stakeholders.
• Draft communications and prepare scripts, ensuring quality and consistency with the company's key messages.
• Perform post-visit follow-up (materials, thank-you notes, pending items) in coordination with the commercial team.
• Manage providers related to material production, branding, and experiences.
• Other functions inherent to the area.
