Customer Expert I Car Rental I Advanced English C1 I 48 Hours - Miraflores Site

What requirements do you need to meet?

• Completed high school
• Be of legal age (18 years old)
• Valid identity documents.
• English language proficiency at Advanced Level C1 (An English filter will be conducted by phone)
• Availability to work in a face-to-face modality. Miraflores Site
• Availability for training from Monday to Saturday from 8:00AM to 4:45pm.
• Availability to work 48 hours per week from Monday to Sunday (1 day Off).
• RANGE: 8:00AM - 9:00 PM (A shift within the mentioned range will be assigned)
• Shift 1: 8:00am - 4:45pm
• Shift 2: 9:00am - 5:45pm
• Shift 3: 12:00pm - 8:45pm

· Your main challenges as a Teleperformer will be:

• Provide customer service in English to users of a car rental platform through calls.
• Demonstrate great understanding and use of the English language through customer service.
• Demonstrate proper knowledge and use of the department's resources, policies, and procedures.
• Actively seek solutions or suggestions regarding any business problem.
