Customer Expert with Intermediate English | Healthcare | 40 hours | Saturday and Sunday off

At TP we are looking for talent who want to be part of our CUSTOMER EXPERTS staff, Healthcare sector, in one of our TOP - SITE MIRAFLORES offices.

What requirements do you need to meet?

This is what you need to be part of the TOP Team:

• An Intermediate level of English. (An English filter will be conducted)
• Live in Lima and be able to work in Miraflores.
• Be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
• Have skills to resolve situations in the most positive way.
• Availability to complete the training at our Miraflores site from Monday to Friday in the range 6:30am - 4:00pm or 3:30pm - 12:30am (return transportation provided)
• Availability to work at the Miraflores site, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 2 days off.

Schedule ranges:

• Hoop: 7:00 am to 1:00 am (A schedule within the range is assigned, 8 hours per day)

Your main challenges as a Teleperformer will be:

• Provide customer service to users of a global medical insurance company through calls.
• Demonstrate great understanding and use of the English language through customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge and proper use of the department's resources, policies, and procedures.
• Actively seek solutions or suggestions regarding any business problem.
