Crowdfunding Specialist with intermediate English B2 / Site Surco

At TP we are looking for talent who want to be part of our Crowdfunding Specialist staff in one of our top offices - SITE INKAS.

· What requirements do you need to meet?

• Completed high school.
• Must be of legal age 18 or older.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate Level B2 (An English filter will be conducted by phone).
• Availability to work at our Site of Inkas - Surco.
• Availability for the training session from Monday to Friday in the range 7:00AM - 7:00PM. (Rest on Saturday and Sunday)
• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday (1 rotating day off) 48 hours per week.
• Range 7:00AM - 11:00PM
• Transportation to or from work between 10pm to 6am.

· Your main challenges as a Teleperformer will be:

• Provide customer service in English through written channels such as tickets and emails.
• Demonstrate knowledge and proper use of the department's resources, policies, and procedures.
