Your tasks

• Attend to and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through different channels (telephone, email, chat, etc.).
• Provide accurate and timely information about the company's products and services.
• Resolve problems and conflicts effectively and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Promote a positive and professional image of the company at all times.

Requirements

Requires 6 months of experience in Customer Service High school diploma completed. Full availability (42 hours per week, rotating shifts). Basic handling of digital tools. Communication skills, active listening, and teamwork. English level: B1

Minimum education: High School / Secondary Education years of experience Languages: English Age: between 18 and 42 years Knowledge: Customer service Keywords: advisor, asesor, care, costumer, cliente
