What will your responsibilities be?

Manage the receipt and follow-up of telecommunications service invoices. Validate billing and manage disputes related to incorrect charges. Perform the distribution and allocation of telecommunications costs to internal clients. Analyze cost variations and generate reports and KPI. Identify improvement opportunities and generate recommendations to optimize costs and billing processes. Follow up on the billing process until the information is sent to the Accounting team. Follow up on telecommunications service payments and maintain communication with providers.

Requirements:

Academic background: Professional or technologist in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related careers. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative positions related to finance, accounting, taxes, financial analysis and/or KPI generation. Technical knowledge: Excel, Microsoft tools, and ERP. Knowledge in telecommunications, networks, and servers is desirable. Languages: English. Location: Colombia 100% remote modality (WAHA).
