Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or graduate in careers such as Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection of mass processes.
• Intermediate/advanced English level B2 (Will be evaluated during the process)

Functions:

• Guarantee the recruitment and Selection processes.
• Keep the internal client informed at all times regarding the status of their processes.
• Lead virtual interviews and assessment centers.
• Manage and apply HR recruitment and selection best practices.
• Perform the respective follow-up, guaranteeing compliance with all process filters.

• Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months)
