Financial Manager Subsidiaries

We are looking for an opportunity-oriented finance professional for Toyota Material Handling who has a solid foundation in accounting and is a "doer" with high energy levels. You want to develop close to the business and take on progressively increased responsibility within TMHSE Group Finance.

About the position The role has a combined focus on the further development of Finance within our subsidiaries as well as within Toyota Material Handling Sweden (TMHSE). This includes processes around reporting, internal control, and follow-up. Both ongoing tasks and project-related development. You have previous experience from auditing and/or as an accounting/finance manager.

Responsibilities & tasks included in the role

• Drive gradual harmonization of systems, charts of accounts, and processes within subsidiaries
• Support finance managers in subsidiaries regarding matters concerning reporting, internal control, and the system tools used.
• Responsibility in TMHSE Group for the reporting tool "Pusher"
• Reporting of budget and forecast for subsidiaries
• Various ongoing and project-related tasks within Finance TMHSE where a successful implementation of SAP is a short-term goal
• Member of the Business Support management group with direct reporting to Director Finance & Administration. Close collaboration with finance managers in subsidiaries. No direct personnel responsibility.

The distribution of work between the subsidiaries and the parent company TMHSE will vary over time and is indicatively 60/40 during the first year.

Your profile To succeed in the role, we see that you have the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in auditing and/or advanced finance work
• Are an advanced IT user (preferably SAP, Power BI, Cognos, MS Office)
• Are a business economist (civilekonom) or equivalent
• Have solid accounting competence
• Are opportunity- and result-oriented
• Are analytical with an "inner motor"
• Proactive and with the ability to work effectively under time pressure
• Have a strong ability to organize your own and others' work
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Are good at building and working in a network consisting of group finance, TMHSE, and its five subsidiaries
