SALES BACK OFFICE EXPORT CLERK (M/F/D) (Commercial Specialist)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a SALES BACK OFFICE EXPORT CLERK (M/F/D) to work full-time at our Krauchenwies location near Sigmaringen, starting as soon as possible.

Do you want to support our colleagues in the export department so that the order process runs smoothly? Then the following tasks are just right for you…

TASKS

• Recording and processing international customer orders – from creating and following up on quotations to handling complaints, returns, and invoice discrepancies
• Telephone and written support for international customers and trading partners
• Responsibility for complete export and customs processing, including the creation of export documents in compliance with applicable customs and foreign trade regulations
• Maintenance and administration of article, price, and listing data in CRM and ERP systems as well as in customer-specific portals
• Cooperation with internal interfaces such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, and Marketing to ensure smooth order processing
• Active participation in the optimization of internal sales and export processes
• Occasional support at trade fairs

PROFILE

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in international sales back office and export business
• Knowledge of customs law is desirable
• Very good English skills (business fluent in spoken and written English), other foreign languages are welcome
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Initial experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills
