Job Summary:
You will hold dual core accountability for Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG - Environmental), while carrying day-to-day facilities operations across TOUCH premises. The role combines frontline maintenance coordination with the data discipline, reporting and vendor management needed to keep our centres safe, compliant, sustainable and reliably operational.
Principals Responsibilities:
- Lead organisation-wide Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives, including chairing the WSH Committee and driving a strong safety culture.
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance across TOUCH centres.
- Drive the Environmental pillar of ESG by monitoring utilities consumption, recycling data and sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare monthly facilities and ESG reports, analyse trends and recommend improvements.
- Support renovation, Addition & Alteration (A&A), reinstatement and compulsory maintenance projects.
- Manage facilities vendors, contracts and service performance.
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support AI, automation and sustainability projects that enhance facilities operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, fire safety and landlord requirements while maintaining business continuity across premises.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Real Estate or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of facilities management or Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) experience, preferably managing multiple sites.
- Experience in facilities operations, vendor management, budgeting and project coordination.
- Working knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and sustainability practices.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, resourceful and comfortable working independently.
- Willing to travel between TOUCH locations and respond to urgent facilities matters when required.
- Professional certifications such as bizSAFE/WSQ, Fire Safety Manager, Green Mark, IFMA or CFME.
- Experience with Green Mark or ESG initiatives.
- Experience in the healthcare, social service, institutional or non-profit sectors is preferred.
