Context & Environment

Join TotalEnergies EP Danmark, a key player in energy production in the North Sea.

Within the Logistics & Support to Operations (LSO) team based in Esbjerg and reporting to the Head of Methods, you will contribute to improving the subsidiary’s logistics performance through data analysis, process optimization, development of digital tools, and implementation of continuous improvement projects supporting offshore operations.

Activities

Your main responsibilities will include:

Contribute to monitoring the team’s daily activities.

Analyze logistics data and performance indicators.

Develop and maintain management dashboards.

Participate in reporting automation and data quality improvement.

Conduct cost and operational efficiency analyses.

Map and optimize supply chain processes.

Participate in the improvement of digital tools and SAP solutions.

Contribute to the development of digitalization projects under SharePoint.

Support the deployment of new logistics and analytical tools.

Update procedures, operating instructions, and business documentation.

Candidate Profile

You hold at least a Master’s degree or an Engineering degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.

You have initial academic or professional experience in data analytics and performance indicator (KPI) management.

Experience in the oil and gas industry would be an advantage.

You have advanced proficiency in Excel .

You have a good knowledge of Power BI and knowledge of or interest in SAP .

Programming skills would be an asset.

A minimum C1 level of English is required. A minimum B2 level of French is also required.
