Buffet Employee

The business Koutsogiannis G IKE ( Total Mart Greece ), which specializes in the field of tools in the area of Foinka, Thessaloniki, is opening its first store in Greece and is looking for a buffet employee to staff the organized coffee area located within the store for part-time or full-time positions.

We are looking for a responsible, consistent, and polite individual, with a willingness to work and good communication with customers.

📍 Work area: Foinka, Kalamaria, Thessaloniki

Main responsibilities

• Preparation of coffee and other beverages
• Customer service at the store's cafe
• Distribution and serving of ready-made snacks, sandwiches, and other products
• Management of the cash register, cash, and transactions via POS
• Opening, checking, and daily management of the cash register
• Monitoring stocks and reporting supply needs
• Receiving and organizing cafe products
• Maintaining the area clean and organized
• Adherence to hygiene and safety rules
• Overall care for the smooth operation of the cafe

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be appreciated.
• Basic knowledge of preparing coffee and beverages.
• Politeness and professional behavior.
• Consistency, responsibility, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Willingness for stable and long-term cooperation.
• Good use of the English language at a spoken level.
