Venue Manager / Keittiömestari

We are seeking a skilled KEITTIÖMESTARI / VENUE MANAGER for a full-time permanent position at our client's unique restaurant in Pori. In the restaurant, excellent food is prepared every day of the week from lunchtime until early evening. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations and the kitchen's work culture. Your duties include, among other things, shift planning, ordering, margins, and training new employees. The kitchen shift supervisor will act as your right hand. The role also includes food preparation, and the job description is very diverse. In this job, you get to plan, do, and influence!

You will succeed in the work using Finnish and/or English; the working language in the kitchen is English. We expect the applicant to have versatile skills, experience from the restaurant world, and at least one year of experience in similar roles. Vocational training in the field is an advantage. The applicant is required to have a hygiene passport and a negative salmonella certificate. We expect you to have stress tolerance and organizational skills.

Work begins immediately upon finding the right person, according to the agreement. We will interview applicants during the application period.

The selected person will be hired directly onto our client company's payroll. Total-Henkilöstöpalvelut will conduct the initial interviews. The Travel, Restaurant, and Leisure Collective Agreement applies to the future employment, and salary is negotiable.
