The Toss IR (Corporate Governance) team is composed of members from leading domestic and international companies. Based on professional expertise, we constantly strive to create the best output.
We lead the entire process of recognition, approval, execution, and disclosure of the company's financial/strategic decision-making, and we build and develop a global top-tier level corporate governance system.
While Toss continues to innovate and grow, we manage timely disclosures in accordance with legal regulations and operate governance bodies (Board of Directors and Committees, General Meeting of Shareholders) for transparent decision-making.
To this end, we collaborate company-wide across the Toss community, including the Strategy team, Finance team, Legal team, and Communication team. We review the governance structures required during Toss's growth process and work together to advance governance.
Tasks you will perform upon joining
You will support internal procedures required for Regulatory filing and governance body operations, as well as paperwork related to stock administration.
You will participate in meetings regarding governance advancement to record and follow up on issues/action items.
You will support scheduling for governance body operations, setting up meeting rooms/calls, and managing related meetings.
You will draft and manage various administrative documents and organize related data.
We are looking for someone who
Has 3 or more years of practical experience in IR/Corporate Governance.
Can catch-up on disclosures/stock administration and organize follow-up items together.
Can immediately take charge of collecting and organizing data and documents, proceed meticulously, and continuously follow up with related teams.
Is capable of performing work in English (it does not have to be native level, but sufficient is fine).
Is familiar with organizing tables/numbers using Excel/PowerPoint and managing document versions.
(Preferred) Experience in preparing disclosure materials, operating governance bodies (agendas/minutes), or assisting with practical tasks related to General Meetings of Shareholders and stocks is a plus.
