Global Finance Manager (Accounting)

The Global Finance Manager (Accounting) position designs and establishes global finance processes, including support for the establishment and operation of new legal entities.

Tasks you will perform upon joining

As the accounting person in charge of global business, you will collaborate with local accounting firms to monitor the bookkeeping and monthly closing of global legal entities, and manage the accounting consolidation packages for global business.

You will collect and review revenue and expense items arising from global business, and periodically share the financial status with the global business team.

You will manage and improve the intercompany transaction settlement process between the headquarters and overseas affiliates, and ensure the accuracy of cost allocation and accounting treatment between legal entities.

You will cooperate with external accounting firms and the headquarters' accounting and tax teams to respond to local accounting audits and requests from authorities, and prepare necessary financial data.

You will prepare the necessary financial data when preparing to acquire local financial licenses required for expansion into new countries.

You will continuously improve the overall global finance process (intercompany transactions, expense settlement, collection of accounting evidence, etc.) and lead the advancement of processes in preparation for expansion into new countries.

We want to work with someone who has

At least 2 years of experience in Global Finance or finance/accounting related work for overseas legal entities is required.

Practical experience in overseas legal entity closing and intercompany transaction accounting treatment, as well as experience collaborating with bookkeeping firms, is required.

Proficient foreign language skills capable of communication with overseas authorities and institutions are required.

It is even better if you have experience in overseas legal entity finance operations in similar industries such as Fintech.
