The Toss Compensation Operations Team is an organization professionally responsible for Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation operations.

We are responsible for the compensation, attendance, and benefits operations of various affiliates, collaborating closely with HRBPs and each organization.

The team consists of Payroll/Compensation experts with 5 to 17 years of experience, including those who have experienced complex compensation and attendance operations in various environments such as foreign companies, large corporations, and startups.

Tasks you will perform upon joining

Setup and operation of Payroll for global entities (overall operations including outsourcing vendor sourcing, salary calculation, and payment execution, etc.)

Global HR Ops operation (onboarding/offboarding, attendance, creation of employee handbooks reflecting country-specific characteristics, etc.)

Overall Mobility operation, including planning and operation of expatriate compensation

Advancement of global compensation policies and guidelines, including benchmarking research and operation of local compensation systems

We want to work with someone who

Has 5 or more years of experience in the Global Payroll / Mobility field

Has experience in Payroll setup and operation in line with global expansion

Has a high level of understanding regarding Payroll Tax and country-specific labor/tax issues

Has experience operating global Payroll Vendors such as Deel, ADP, EOR, etc.

Is capable of English business communication

It is even better if you have these experiences

Experience in a Hyper Growth environment

Ability to consider both operational efficiency and scalability from a long-term growth perspective

Experience in communication and projects with various stakeholders
