About the team you will join

• The Toss Corporate Finance & IR team consists of members from global top-tier IB, VC/PE, Equity research, and leading domestic conglomerates. Based on deep financial knowledge and expertise, we engage in intense discussions and constantly strive to produce the best output.
• The Corporate Finance & IR team proactively drives and executes the entire capital raising process necessary to grow Toss to the next level. We play a key role in ensuring Toss receives an evaluation in the global capital market that matches the innovation it has created in the fintech scene.
• To create a compelling investment story for Toss, we collaborate across the entire Toss community, including product teams (silos), data analysis teams, finance teams, legal teams, and communication teams. From selecting data that demonstrates Toss's growth potential to crafting the equity story, we collaborate with each Toss community affiliate and relevant department.
• We are responsible for spreading Toss's investment appeal to Toss's shareholders around the world and potential investors, and for applying capital market perspectives to the company's overall business strategy and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities you will undertake

• Update company-related information for existing investors

>- Regularly respond to and support shareholders' requests for key financial metrics

• Provide administrative support related to outreach for new investors

>- Support investor relations management alongside the IR Manager >- Support the execution and management of investor-related documents

• Collaborate closely with the Central FP&A team, which is responsible for managing financial performance and goals at the Toss community level

>- Support the management of financial metrics for Toss affiliates, support for financial issues, and the estimation of mid-to-long-term revenue potential >- Participate in financial due diligence and analysis of the impact on consolidated financial statements when there is a community-level deal

• Perform research and market monitoring

>- Support monitoring of market trends, analyst reports, and comparable company disclosures >- Support the preparation of internal IR reports summarizing investor feedback and market sentiment

• Support the preparation of regular shareholder and board reports, summarizing Toss's key business and financial status

Who we are looking for

• We are looking for individuals who have studied related majors such as finance, management, economics, or accounting, or who have a basic understanding of these fields.
• Individuals with basic English communication skills who can communicate smoothly (listening and note-taking) with overseas investors and various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data organization and document preparation using Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Experience as an intern in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or corporate finance teams is a plus.
• The ability to analyze data based on logical thinking and organize it structurally is required.
• Preference is given to those interested in industries related to Toss, such as TMT/fintech, and the capital markets.

Recommendations for your resume

• It is recommended to focus on the tasks performed during previous internship experiences, research and data analysis experience, and finance-related project experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Current students, graduates, or expected graduates who have completed all semesters and have internship experience in foreign companies are all eligible to apply (however, you must be able to work full-time for 6 months).
• Newcomers or those with less than 2 years of professional experience.

• The contract period is 6 months from the start date. This does not guarantee conversion to a permanent position, although the contract period may be extended based on subsequent performance.
• You must be able to work full-time for 6 months, and only those who have completed military service or are exempt and have no disqualifications for overseas travel may apply.
• The recruitment schedule cannot be adjusted individually.
