Tasks you will perform upon joining
Coordinate schedules based on priorities so that the time of the Toss team leadership (C-Suite) can be used strategically.
Participate in internal leadership meetings to systematically organize key discussion points, and support follow-up management and execution for implementation.
Accompany leadership on external schedules and conduct prior coordination with persons in charge and on-site execution to ensure target schedules are successfully carried out.
Check governance and compliance-related risks together with the responsible teams, and plan and execute business processes based on these.
Periodically identify internal changes and external trends related to leaders and the organization, and discover support areas for leadership through strategic judgment.
Contemplate and plan events or mechanisms for motivation management across the entire organization.

Have experience understanding the purpose and context of meetings and proactively establishing appropriate venues and execution strategies.
Have experience reviewing or handling issues related to governance and compliance risks.
Can grasp complex interests among various internal and external stakeholders and perform strategic judgment and communication suited to the situation.
Have experience contemplating problems regarding organizational motivation or business relationship management, or have successfully solved them.
Have more than 1 year of practical experience in a specific domain such as product, business, finance, or HR, or can understand and digest them quickly.
Possess English skills capable of email communication or face-to-face response with overseas partners.
