Business Development Manager (Crypto)

The Business Development Team plays a role in discovering new business opportunities within the securities industry and sometimes crossing over the boundaries of the securities industry.
The goal of the Business Development Team is to design and directly execute on the ground so that Toss Securities can move beyond being simply a 'better securities company' to becoming a "global financial tech platform."
Tasks you will perform upon joining
Analyze business opportunities and create entry strategies in response to regulatory changes, such as the Basic Act on Digital Assets.
Create and manage strategic partnerships with domestic virtual asset-related licensed operators (exchanges, custodians, etc.) and related institutions.
Establish and manage networks with major global players related to virtual assets, such as tokenized assets and infrastructure, and prepare and execute partnership roadmaps.
Proactively collaborate across various related departments without boundaries to turn new business plans into actual businesses.
Who we are looking for
We need someone with 3 or more years of experience in business development or strategic planning in related industries such as crypto, blockchain, etc.
Experience in end-to-end leading, from deal sourcing to negotiation, contract signing, and actual operation, is required.
Business English communication skills are required.
A deep understanding of the overall crypto business is required.
A deep understanding of the business models of major global crypto players is a plus.
An understanding of various regulations related to digital assets and businesses currently being conducted in Korea (such as STO distribution, etc.) is a plus.
Experience in successful collaborations with traditional financial companies regarding virtual assets is a plus.

In particular, regarding the promotion of new businesses related to virtual assets, please emphasize through specific cases what your role was, how much you contributed, and your strengths or what you learned.
