About the team you will join
- As a member of the Toss Bank Infra Team, you will collaborate closely with Infra Automation SE, Systems Engineer, and Network Engineer.
- Your role is to build an AIOps platform from scratch that connects infrastructure operational data with AI to predict failures and enable automated responses.
- Beyond simple monitoring, the team's goal is to realize Closed-loop automation of Detection $\rightarrow$ Diagnosis $\rightarrow$ Response $\rightarrow$ Verification.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate an infrastructure-specialized AIOps platform, and select/customize open-source anomaly detection engines to eliminate alert noise based on dynamic thresholds.
- Build heterogeneous infrastructure data collection pipelines for metrics, logs, traces, etc., and implement interfaces for integration with internal LLM and incident knowledge bases.
- Preemptively detect capacity exhaustion and performance degradation trends through time-series forecasting, and implement failure propagation path visualization and correlation analysis functions to support RCA.
- Collaborate with Infra Automation SE to continuously expand the scope of Closed-loop automation (Detection $\rightarrow$ Diagnosis $\rightarrow$ Response $\rightarrow$ Verification) and Self-Healing policy application.
- Measure MTTD/MTTR improvement trends and establish an AIOps maturity roadmap to report performance.
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Data Pipeline / Platform Engineering / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering, with experience directly designing, building, and operating open-source-based collection and analysis platforms.
- Experience in building End-to-End data pipelines, proficiency in at least one primary development language, and experience in large-scale metric/log processing and utilizing time-series DBs and search engines.
- Linux system administration capabilities and an understanding of fundamental infrastructure concepts such as infrastructure monitoring, network, storage, and virtualization.
- Deep understanding of open-source tools with experience in customizing and internalizing them, and the ability to independently read and apply English technical documentation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in building/operating AIOps or monitoring platforms and an understanding of time-series anomaly detection algorithms.
- Experience in building LLM API integration pipelines and prompt engineering.
- Experience in operating private cloud or large-scale on-premises infrastructure and infrastructure failure response (on-call).
- Understanding of financial sector security regulations (ISMS-P, etc.) and experience in designing financial data de-identification and access control.
