Oracle ERP SCM Consultant

Your tasks

• Manage the full lifecycle of requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support for Oracle ERP solutions to ensure successful project delivery and operational stability
• Develop and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, configuration scripts, and functional specifications based on end-user requirements to guide system implementation and enhancements
• Configure and develop application objects, workflows, reports, integrations, and data conversion programs to meet business needs
• Design functional testing scenarios, prepare test scripts, and conduct unit and system integration testing to validate solution quality
• Conduct user training sessions and manage user acceptance testing to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
• Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data integrity and business processes to maintain system reliability
• Track operational issues and perform change impact analysis for quarterly updates on the business-as-usual landscape relative to project environments
• Liaise effectively with business users and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality project deliverables
• Manage Oracle ERP R12 support activities and assist with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation to maintain and upgrade enterprise systems
• Develop and integrate BI Publisher, EDI, OTBI reports, dashboards, PL/SQL, OAF ADF customizations, and Oracle Application Framework components to enhance system functionality
• Execute data migration and conversion using Oracle Cloud ERP tools such as FBDI, FBDL, and ADFDi to support system transitions
• Apply knowledge of Oracle PaaS and SaaS architecture to design scalable and maintainable cloud solutions
• Collaborate within SCRUM project methodology to deliver iterative improvements and foster agile team dynamics
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking users to accurately capture business requirements and facilitate solution design

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain & Distribution modules including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Purchase Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Pricing, and Order Management
• Prior experience in Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration projects
• Exposure to Global Trade Management and RFsmart (preferably with Android experience)
• Background in high-tech manufacturing environments
