IT Systems Maintenance Technician (M/F)
You are the Toshiba Technical ambassador in your sector and are responsible for providing solutions to satisfy our customers. Working in pairs with the B to B Sales Representatives in your sector, you manage the maintenance, commissioning, and integration into the IT network of Toshiba equipment in an assigned geographical area by:
- Creating and developing a relationship with customers as soon as an intervention is assigned to you
- Analyzing and resolving any breakdowns encountered
- Ensuring the maintenance of the product fleet in your sector (predictive, preventive maintenance)
- Producing reports relating to your interventions for optimal customer knowledge
- And providing technical advice to customers for high-performance use of the products
Profile With an initial education of BAC +2 (BTS électrotechnique, BTS microtechnique, BTS maintenance informatique, DUT génie électrique), you master technical English (which allows you to consult documentation). You are attentive and enjoy providing a local, personalized, and value-added service. Your sense of responsibility and customer orientation are recognized, as are your capacity for analysis and synthesis. Passionate about problem-solving, you will be supported from your first steps in the company and will benefit from certifying training both internally and externally.
