Planning Coordinator (S&OP and S&OE)

Responsibilities and assignments

• Support the analysis of historical trends, seasonality, and market data to build and refine the sales forecast baseline;
• Actively participate in and lead demand alignment meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Finance areas;
• Prepare, monitor, and report critical area indicators, such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Out of Stock, and Inventory Coverage;
• Act effectively in the planning of new product launches (NPD) and phase in/out, minimizing risks of losses due to shelf life;
• Develop and update management dashboards to provide visibility into demand performance and support leadership decision-making;
• Provide necessary support in S&OP meetings and ensure adherence to processes;
• Evaluate the impacts of campaigns, launches, commercial actions, and regulatory changes;
• Build dashboards and demand performance analyses;
• Monitor demand for critical, imported, and high lead time products;
• Support strategies for mitigating losses, product shortages, and write-offs;
• Participate in meetings with external suppliers to defend the forecast;
• Prepare reports and KPIs for the area.

Team Management

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Advanced Excel - Power BI is considered a plus;
• Advanced knowledge in SAP / Pyton / Pyplan and other statistical tools.
• Desirable knowledge of legislation related to the pharmaceutical industry.
