We are looking for a confident, engaged and inspiring Restaurant Manager who will be an important part of our team and contribute to the further development of both the people, the operations and the guest experience.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant and front-of-house. You will lead, follow up and develop the service team, and ensure that guests always receive a high-level experience.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Daily operations and leadership of the service
• Training, development and follow-up of employees
• Service quality and guest experience
• Ordering, inventory and stocktaking
• Routines, internal control and HSE
• Sales and operational targets
• Close collaboration with Head Chef and General Manager regarding further development of the concept

We are looking for you who

• Has at least 2 years of relevant leadership experience from the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Is a clear, confident and inspiring leader
• Is passionate about service and good guest experiences
• Is structured, independent and solution-oriented
• Thrives when the pace is high and the days are varied
• Motivates people and builds strong teams
• Has good commercial and financial understanding
• Speaks Norwegian/Scandinavian or masters English very well
