Electrical Engineer Section Head

• Supervise and maintain electrical systems in the factory
• Inspect and improve electrical systems to ensure constant safety
• Inspect and coordinate with the production department to plan electrical system maintenance
• Record and prepare daily/monthly reports
• Comply with safety standards
• Manage manpower within the department
• Manage expenses for each project
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Male Age 25 - 35 Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Proficient in MS Office Leadership skills: High leadership ability, capable of managing a team, making decisions, and solving immediate problems effectively Communication skills: Good skills in communication, presentation (Reporting), and cross-departmental coordination; high responsibility, able to work under pressure and achieve defined goals (KPIs) Strategic Leadership: Visionary, able to lead a team, drive goals (KPIs), and effectively motivate subordinates Good English communication skills (reading and writing emails, preparing reports) Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949
