Production Supervisor

• Supervise employees under their own supervisors. and as assigned by the supervisor.
• Plan and allocate manpower to align effectively with production requirements and schedules.
• Review production process plans and track deliveries to ensure on-time completion.
• Control and manage quality issues within the production process.
• Formulate and execute plans aimed at increasing overall production output and efficiency.
• Summarize and compile Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for the production department.
• Plan and implement production process improvements in alignment with corporate policies.
• Plan and drive the training and professional development of personnel within the organization.
• Audit production processes and optimize line layouts to ensure maximum operational efficiency and ergonomics.
• Summarize and manage work-in-progress
• Monitor and enforce discipline, ensuring subordinates strictly adhere to company rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
• Verse and maintain the production line area in accordance with 5S, Quality, Safety
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by superiors.
