EHS

Environment

• Inspect and control Waste Management, such as sorting, disposal, and recycling
• Monitor emissions (wastewater, air pollution, noise) to ensure they comply with legal standards
• Prepare environmental reports for submission to relevant government agencies
• Promote activities to reduce environmental impact, such as plastic reduction projects or using renewable energy

Health

• Coordinate annual employee health check-ups and follow up on work-related health results
• Assess health risks, such as exposure to chemicals, noise, and dust
• Procure and control the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for the task
• Develop health promotion programs, such as exercise or nutritional education
• Oversee basic first aid and manage health-related emergencies

Safety

• Inspect the condition of machinery and equipment to ensure they are safe before use
• Develop and implement fire prevention plans, including fire drills and emergency evacuations
• Inspect work areas, such as walkways, stairs, and lifting areas, to ensure they are safe and free of obstructions
• Investigate and report accidents, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Train new and current employees to understand safety measures

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, Safety, or a related field At least 1–3 years of experience in EHS Knowledge of labor laws, environmental laws, and safety standards Communication, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills Possession of a Professional Safety Officer license will be given special consideration Ability to communicate in English (fair level); ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration
