Purchasing Analyst / Topitop Retail Brand

Topitop, a proudly Peruvian family company established in 1983, dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of clothing. We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst / Brand to join our retail team.

Functions:

• Generate purchase orders in the system, negotiated by the buyers.
• Evaluation and negotiation with suppliers.
• Issue and follow up on purchase and service orders.
• Preparation of comparative quotation charts. Request, review, and evaluation regarding delivery time, price, and quality.
• Follow up on merchandise from purchase orders to its entry into the warehouse.
• Constant communication with local and imported suppliers.

Requirements:

• Technical and/or university graduate in Administration, Foreign Trade, and/or related fields.
• Knowledge in foreign trade.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar positions as a purchasing / brand analyst, preferably having worked in retail companies.
• Knowledge in purchase orders (SAP), dealing with suppliers.
• Intermediate - advanced English.
• Availability to work 100% on-site at the Surco headquarters.
