IT Project manager

We are looking for a highly results-oriented Project Manager to lead technological and business transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and control technological and corporate projects.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and establish mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with the strategic objectives of each project.
• Implement project management best practices and agile methodologies.
• Present progress and results to senior management.

Required Profile:

• Engineering in Systems, Informatics, Computing, or a related field.
• Studies in Project Management or Administration of Projects.
• Verifiable experience leading technological projects.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP.
• Knowledge of programming and software development.
• Advanced level of English (indispensable).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to travel.

Will Be Considered a Plus:

• PMP Certification.
• Scrum Master, Product Owner, or agile methodologies certifications.
• Experience in regional or international projects.
• Knowledge in digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
