Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), assist in cost planning, and support budget development for construction and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project costs, preparing cost reports, monitoring financial performance against budgets, and advising on cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors, validating measurements, and ensuring that all cost-related documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with company and client standards. The Quantity Surveyor will contribute to project risk assessments and help maintain clear communication on financial and contractual matters.

Qualifications

Strong cost control and cost management skills, with the ability to monitor and manage project budgets effectively. Proficiency in preparing and analyzing BOQs, including accurate measurement and quantification of works. Experience in cost planning and cost reporting to support project forecasting and decision-making. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field. Familiarity with construction contracts, tendering processes, and contract administration. Competence with relevant software tools (e.g., MS Excel, cost estimation or QS software) and strong numerical skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Professional certification or membership with a recognized Quantity Surveying or construction body is an advantage.

Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. In this role, the Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and conduct lead generation activities through networking, research, and outreach. The position involves meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The Executive will also manage key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and provide regular performance and market reports to management. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the HR and consulting teams to align client needs with service solutions and contributing to business growth strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including identifying opportunities, prospecting, and converting leads into clients. Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including handling client portfolios, maintaining relationships, and supporting long-term growth. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and effective interpersonal interaction. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within professional services, HR, or consulting environments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfort with using productivity and CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, and a client-focused mindset.
